Our relevant experience includes

  • Acted for a group of vendor entities in the portfolio disposal of some $350 million worth of industrial, retail, commercial and greenfield property located in Sydney, South East Queensland and Victoria.

  • Acted for the vendor in the sale of a substantial $22 million greenfield site in western Sydney, including a put and call option structure, a rezoning condition precedent and negotiating with the relevant local council regarding the novation of a voluntary planning agreement.

  • Acted for multiple Pty Ltd entities in the sale and purchase of multi-million dollar commercial and industrial properties in Sydney.
