  • Acting for a high net worth private corporate group as landlords over an 11 year period, in respect of stream leasing for industrial, commercial and retail premises across multiple properties in a large portfolio (including agreements for lease, new leases, option leases, lease assignments, lease surrenders, section 129 notices and lease termination for tenant default) and located in NSW and Queensland.
